Return Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts for 28 days (starting from the day you place your order). If 28 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The product size is different from what you ordered.
  • The product design does not match what you ordered.
  • The product you received is not what you ordered.
  • The product differs from the original description.

Non-returnable Products

  • Items that have been used or washed by the customer.
  • Products that no longer have their original tags.
  • Products with minor loose threads that can be easily trimmed or repaired.

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare proof of purchase for the return:
    • Purchase receipt and shipping label as proof of purchase from Vuhala.
    • Photos and videos of the defective product.
  2. Send the proof to our email at [email protected] or via our Facebook page. We will review your information and confirm whether you are eligible for a return.
  3. Once your exchange request is approved by the Vuhala support team, please carefully pack the item and send it to the following address:
    For customers in Vietnam: 49/403 Ham Nghi, Dong Huong, Thanh Hoa, Thanh Hoa 44000, Vietnam.
    For customers in the United States: [U.S. warehouse address] (To facilitate returns for U.S. customers, we have rented a warehouse address to receive returned products.)
  4. Provide the tracking number or photos of the shipment to [email protected] or our Facebook page.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement product based on your request.

Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs during the return process.

Refund Policy

If you prefer not to exchange your product for a new one and would like a refund, Vuhala will issue a full refund to you.

The refund process may take up to 2 business days from the time we receive your returned item. Once the package is received, we will send you a confirmation email and proceed with refunding your entire order, including any shipping fees you initially paid.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you should receive the funds within 10 to 15 days after the refund is processed.
