Currently, we operate from a single office and production facility located at: 49/403 Ham Nghi, Dong Huong, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa 44000, Vietnam.
Order Processing Time
We process customer orders every day of the week. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days after being placed and are shipped the day after processing.

Customized orders typically require 4-5 business days for production. Therefore, the delivery time may be slightly longer than standard orders.
Countries We Ship To
Currently, we offer shipping services to two countries: Vietnam and the United States.
Shipping Costs
The shipping fees below include all related taxes and surcharges:
• United States: $9.95
• Vietnam: $2.95
Delivery Time
- Delivery time to the United States: 7-9 business days (excluding production time)
- Delivery time to Vietnam: 1-3 business days (excluding production time)

Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. You will then receive an email with a link to track your order. If you click the link and do not see tracking information, please wait 24-48 hours as the shipping carrier may not have updated their system yet.
Incorrect Shipping Address Notification
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order. If you realize you’ve entered incorrect information, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order to update your shipping details. We will not be held responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect addresses if they are not corrected in time.
